I was referred to the Healing Source in Kailua by my primary care physician for a work related injury. It was easy to make an appt and Francesca is really easy to communicate with. The only downfall is that they do not have parking, but don't let that stop you, because they have street parking all over and you are always bound to find a spot. It is located next to Zippys, upstairs above Rise & Grind Coffee shop.
Francesca is amazing at what she does! She makes sure you are comfortable, has relaxing music and amazing lotion that leaves you feeling 100x better than you did before you arrived. She really helps the areas you note that need extra attention. I have purchased gift cards for people to come here and recommended several friends to go when they are looking for a massage in Kailua. I must say that out of all of the massages I have received over the years Connie has been by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is a registered nurse and has been practicing massage for many years, and it shows from her professionalism, cleanliness, and communication skills. It is also effortless to make appointments with her on her online calendar! She first meets with you and discusses what type of massage you would like and what area is causing the patient pain. She then talks the patient step by step through the process and asks about the pressure and the lotions and oils she will use. Her ability to find what areas are causing pain is fantastic and applies the perfect amount of pressure to alleviate any discomfort. I have chronic back pain from being a nurse myself and can never fully find freedom from the pain, but after visiting Connie, my backache was gone entirely, and my tight muscles were soothed.
