In 2001 Francesca opened the doors of The Healing Source Therapeutic Massage, but the story of her involvement in the healing arts began long before then.
She was raised in a family of health practitioners in France, and moved to Hawaii in 1991 to assist in her father’s Chiropractic clinic. Her experience in the clinic afforded her valuable insights into the healing process from a medical and clinical perspective. Since her graduation from the Honolulu School of Massage in 1994, she has integrated various bodywork modalities into her practice such as reflexology, clinical massage, kinesiology touch for health, Swedish massage , deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Lomi Lomi, aromatherapy massage, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), Craniosacral therapy, and herbal medicine.
Her extensive experience and her dedication to her clients serves to create an optimal environment for health and healing.
Sarah, a graduate of The Pacific School of Awareness and Bodywork on Kauai in 2006, brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. She comes from a long line of bodyworkers, starting with her great grandfather who was a practicing chiropractor until he was 92 years old! Sarah has a unique understanding of the relationship between pain and healing stemming from her many years as a surfer and her unique background in working with polo horses and addressing their various injuries. Sarah applies this comprehensive knowledge of the interplay between ligaments, muscles, and joints to her bodywork sessions. Approaching the body as a holistic system of interconnected parts, Sarah strives to identify imbalances, tension, and areas of overextension. Her integrative approach combines experience and intuition to navigate the most effective path towards rebalancing the body for optimal function. Utilizing a diverse range of techniques such as myofascial release, lomilomi, Swedish, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and sports massage, Sarah tailors her sessions to meet individual needs. With a commitment to fostering relaxation, ease, and balance, Sarah looks forward to the opportunity to work with you on your wellness journey.
“Izabela not only hears what
the body says, but listens.
It is a unique experience
catered specifically to what
my body needs.” ~Debbie
Izabela’s passion to help her patients truly heal is a purpose that fuels her daily. To get to the root of the pain has different back roads for each patient so Izabela tailors her approach to meet them where they are and provide the best modality to promote, not only relief, but real healing. The consistent relief her patients feel ignites a hope they had lost. Their healing restores freedom in movement and day to day activities.
Izabela is skilled and trained in nine healing modalities: Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral, Lomilomi, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release (MFR technique by John F. Barnes), Pre-natal, Postpartum, and Infant Massage.
In 2018, Izabela graduated from the Quantum School of Massage and Holistic Health. She has been actively serving as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Holistic Health Practitioner in Hawaii for eight years and continues to grow in her field. Her therapeutic skills are both learned and inherent. The first evidence of her sensitivity and intuition for healing stems back to when she was a young girl and helped her mother heal from chronic migraine headaches which she had been suffering from and enduring for close to a year. Remarkably, her mother has been free from migraine headaches ever since!
Izabela was born in Poland and grew up in both Poland and Norway. She studied dancing and was drawn to the artfulness, the balance of expression and discipline, and how our bodies move and function. The world citizen in her prompted many travels throughout the Europe experiencing and learning from the vast cultures and traditions of the people. Landing in Hawaii years ago, Izabela settled right into the island lifestyle and natural surroundings. Being here and serving her community through her healing therapy has grown strong roots for her and her family in this place she now calls home.
Isabella became interested in holistic healing practices in her teens, when she began receiving regular massages to manage chronic tension headaches and migraines. In 2022, she enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training program, where she gained an interest in understanding the human body on a deeper level. In 2025, after years personally experiencing the benefits of massage, Isabella enrolled in the massage therapy program at Kapi‘olani Community College to further deepen her understanding of the human body. Within the program they learned a variety of modalities, and Isabella came away with a style of massage that contains a unique mix of techniques, drawn from a number of sources including Lomi Lomi, trigger point, shiatsu, and sports massage.
Isabella graduated from the KCC Massage Therapy Program in 2026. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, as well as 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor with over 800 teaching hours under her belt. With a background in dance, yoga, and massage, Isabella hopes to share what she has learned about the mind and body’s capacity for building physical awareness and gentle resilience.
